View your card PIN
Forgotten your card’s PIN? You can easily view your PIN on the app.
Step 1 of 7
To begin, go to your homepage and tap the MANAGE button on the bottom navigation.

Tap the Cards menu option.

In the vertical view, you’ll see all your active cards displayed that you own in a list.
Tap on the card you want to view the PIN for.
Step 4 of 7
In the horizontal view, you’ll see all your active cards displayed in a carousel.
Swipe to find the card you want to view the PIN for, and then tap CARD SETTINGS.

Once you are on the your card details screen, tap the VIEW PIN option (at the bottom).

For security purposes you'll need to provide your South African ID number. Non-residents will have to provide their passport number.
When you're done, tap NEXT.
Step 7 of 7
Your card PIN will be displayed for 10 seconds,
Tap DONE to return to the card details screen.
