UCount Rewards add-on

• To begin, sign into your Banking App on your mobile device
• You will land on your Banking App home screen
• Then select the Add-on Store icon (in the top left-hand corner)

• You are now in the Add-on Store
• Select the search icon (in the top right-hand corner)

• Type "UCount" into the search bar
• You will now see the UCount Rewards add-on tile
• Select the ADD

• You will now see the UCount Rewards add-on tile
• Select the ADD button

• Your UCount Rewards add-on is now loaded onto your Banking App dashboard screen and will now appear in your Add-ons drawer
• Select DONE to return to your your main dashboard

Once you’re back on your dashboard, tap on your new UCount Rewards add-on tile and let’s get started.

Note:
If you’re new to UCount, you’ll see the option to select Join UCount. As soon as you’re authenticated, we’ll link your UCount Rewards account to your banking profile.

Welcome to your UCount Rewards Home dashboard.

Using the UCount Tier wheel, you’re able to see your Rewards Points, their value in Rands, and your current Tier Level.

Next, scroll up and let’s take a look at what else lives on your Home page.

As you scroll through your Home page, you can select:

• Tier Up Now and get the inside scoop on improving your Tier game
• Explore our UCount Rewards Benefit section for competitions and exciting insights
• View all to enter the Goals & Gains section, where you can find your Current, Achieved, Pending, and Expired goals and gains

Next up, a view of your UCount Overview.

Scroll back up to the top of your screen and under the UCount Tier wheel, select My Reward Details.

Let’s take a look at your UCount Overview.

Your UCount Overview allows you to see:

• Your Rewards Points and Tiering Points
• How many Tiering Points you’ll need to get to the next Tier Where you earned different Rewards Points in the past month
• If you’d like the inside scoop on improving your Tier level, select How to Tier Up

Tap on the Redeem menu option when you’re ready

Under the Redeem section, you can:

• Redeem your points for a Voucher from one of our official retailer partners
• Transfer the Rand value of your points into your qualifying Standard Bank Accounts
• Go to our Online Portal to redeem points for items such as airtime and data
• Explore our Travel Mall for exclusive deals

Next, select the Retailers menu option.

Inside this Retailers section you’ll find a list of our official retail partners where you can earn and redeem your Rewards Points.

For a view of your nearest retailer’s location or online shop, tap on any retailer’s logo.

Otherwise, select the Vouchers option on your menu.

Inside your Vouchers section, you’ll get a view of all the vouchers you’ve earned or purchased, past and present.

Finally, let’s select the hamburger icon on the top right-hand corner to view even More UCount Rewards options.

Here you have access to More options like your Account Settings, About UCount Rewards, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and our contact details.

ALL done! When you’re ready, select the back arrow to return to your UCount Home screen.
