Reset a forgotten app code
Learn how to reset your app code in just a few steps
Step 1 of 10
To begin, tap Forgot your app code?
Step 2 of 10
Tap NEXT.
Step 3 of 10
Enter your Username, then tap NEXT.
Step 4 of 10
For your security, you'll need to enter a few more details. Enter your Card number, followed by your Card PIN.
Once you've done that, tap VERIFY.
Step 5 of 10
Check your phone for a One-Time PIN (OTP) and enter the OTP to continue.
Hint: OTPs don't always arrive immediately. Wait a bit, or tap RESEND to get a new one.
Step 6 of 10
Tap START.
Step 7 of 10
Choose how you'd like to sign in.
Tap App code, fingerprint or face recognition depending on what device you use.
Step 8 of 10
Enter a new app code.
Note:
This is not your ATM PIN.
Step 9 of 10
Finally, enter your new app code one more time.
Step 10 of 10
All done! Use your new app code to sign in to the app or Online Banking.
