Receive an International payment

Learn how to receive, accept and manage incoming international payments
Step 1 of 14

To begin, go to your home screen and select Transact (on the bottom navigation).

Next, select Pay.

Now select Overseas payment.

On the International payments screen, select the Incoming International Payments option (to receive an overseas payment).

Next, on the Incoming Payments screens, select the My Payments tab to view your payments which are pending your approval.

Now, select a payment to view your incoming payment details and accept the funds.

Review the incoming international payment details:

  • From
  • Currency and amount
  • Fees
  • Remitter’s banking details

Then scroll down and select the Reason for the incoming payment.

Now, select your Reason for the payment from the dropdown options.

Next, you must accept the following:

  • accept the Balance of Payment (BoP) declaration,
  • confirm that your personal details are correct,
  • accept terms and conditions; and
  • agree to the data protection consent

 

When you are ready, scroll down and select CONTINUE to proceed.

Finally, you have 30 seconds to ACCEPT the Exchange rate.

If 30 seconds expire, you can refresh the screen for the new rate.

All done! You have successfully accepted your incoming international payment.

Now scroll down and select DONE to return to your Incoming payments screen.

Back on the Incoming Payments screen, you will see your payment status has changed to Processing.
