How to access Online Banking for Business
Important to Note: There are planned migrations to move your digital banking services from Internet Banking to Online Banking for Business, which commenced from March 2025.
To Get a Head Start before migration:
Visit our Standard Bank website, click on “Sign-in”, scroll to “Online Banking for Business” and sign in using your existing credentials.
Activating your immediate payments
Follow these instructions below to activate your immediate payments now:
Step 1: Go to Online Banking for Business homepage, select ‘Manage’.
Step 2: Select ‘Default card selector’.
Step 3: To activate a card, select it and click the adjacent radio button until it turns blue.
Step 4: Activating this card enables you to make immediate payments.
Downloading your Proof of Payment (previously approved payments)
- Go to Online Banking for Business homepage, select “Transact”
- Scroll down to “Manage Payments and Transfers” select.
- The historical transactions will be displayed.
- Navigate to the desired transaction.
- Next to the transaction on the right, there will be 3 dots (…)
- Click on the dots, “proof of payment” will display.
Importing beneficiaries from the old internet banking
- Go to Online Banking for Business homepage, select “Manage”.
- Scroll down to “Beneficiaries.”
- Click on “Import Beneficiaries”
- You can select “all” on the top right box or you can select a specific number of beneficiaries to import at a time.
- Once the beneficiaries have been imported, you can amend details in need.
